John Melancon is a Process Engineering Manager at Fluor Corp. He has more than 16 yr of experience in the EPC industry. He is Fluor's global technical expert in LP modeling, using his knowledge of process technologies to help clients optimize their refinery operations and achieve profitable integration of refineries with petrochemical production. His experience also includes process design for upstream and downstream facilities in all project lifecycle phases. Melancon earned a BS degree in chemical engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
