Strachan, Dan

Dan Strachan is the Principal and Owner of Loyal Dog Consulting LLC in Annapolis, Maryland. Dan started Loyal Dog in 2019 after more than 30 years of trade association management. Dan was a Director at the American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers where he started the association’s cybersecurity committee. It is known as one of the strongest voices in DC for cybersecurity in the energy infrastructure today. Dan has written articles on cybersecurity for numerous publications and has spoken on the subject at conferences. A native of Quincy, Massachusetts, Dan holds a BA in International Affairs from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the Johns Hopkins University.
