So says an analysis from Transmar Consult (www.transmarconsult.com), which recently interviewed senior management of owner/ operators (O/Os) and engineering and construction contractors (ECCs) worldwide. Interviewees brought up a number of common macro themes or points of view regarding the shape of the future. Owners generally responded with a call for continued and still greater cooperation between owners and contractors – at the same time voicing growing uncertain
