Tesoro reports small fire at California refinery

SAN ANTONIO -- A small fire was quickly put out at Tesoro Corp's Martinez, California, refinery, according to a filing with the Contra Costa County health department.

The fire at the 166,000 bpd refinery was put out within 10 minutes, the filing states.

A Tesoro spokeswoman said the fire didn't cause any injuries or damage any equipment. The incident won't interfere with Tesoro's supply commitments, the spokeswoman said.
