Engineers and Constructors International, Inc. (ECI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui Engineering and Shipbuilding Ltd., has acquired Simon Carves Engineering, Ltd. (SCEL). SCEL is a multi-disciplinary engineering company with over 100 years of experience in providing design and engineering services to the process and energy industries around the world. SCEL has a proven track record in delivering process plants that provide market-leading performance, high reliability, low maintenance requirements and low overall lifecycle costs.
SCEL will continue to operate under the current name of Simon Carves Engineering, Ltd., provide engineering services in the UK and around the world and will remain located in Manchester, UK.
