ClearSign turns over pilot test heater to California refiner

ClearSign Combustion Corp., an emerging provider of industrial combustion technologies that help to reduce emissions and improve efficiency, has turned over operations of a refinery pilot test unit with an undisclosed California refiner.
ClearSign retrofit the customer's vertical cylindrical refinery heater with ClearSign's unique, patented, Duplex technology to ensure compliance with California's strict air emissions requirements. Following the retrofit, independent testing conducted by a third party on behalf of the refiner confirmed single digit emission levels of NOx (oxides of nitrogen).
