JGC and S & B sign collaboration framework agreement to pursue projects in the US Gulf Coast
YOKOHAMA, Japan and HOUSTON – JGC Corporation and S & B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd. announced they have signed a framework agreement to form a strategic partnership to provide engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for projects within the United States.
Leveraging the experience and complementary expertise of both companies, the partnership covers a full range of lifecycle services for the oil and gas, petrochemicals, and chemicals markets, including preliminary feasibility studies, front-end engineering and design (FEED), EPC, and project management. JGC and S & B have previously executed several highly successful EPC projects on the Gulf Coast.
