Before joining Merichem, Kathy Young held senior leadership roles at Waste Management, Bush Brothers and Co., Sirius Solutions and her own startup company. Her responsibilities included strategic and business planning, logistics, finance and administration. She earned a BS degree in accounting from Ohio University and an MBA degree from Rice University.
