Borouge partners with Wanrong New Materials to develop polyethylene plant in China

Borouge has signed a 50:50 JV agreement with China's Wanrong New Materials to build a greenfield ethylene plant and polyethylene complex. The facility will be built in Fujian, China. At the time of this announcement, no additional details were provided regarding capacity or project cost.
