DALLAS — Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. signed a sulfur recovery technology licensor agreement with Paqell, a joint venture between Shell Global Solutions and Paques BV, for use of its THIOPAQ Oil and Gas technology in refineries and gas treating facilities across the globe.
